1. Shipping Coverage & Destination

VELJORA currently ships exclusively within the territory of India. We deliver to over 19,000 postal codes through trusted, premium courier partners including Blue Dart, Delhivery, and DTDC.

Please ensure complete and accurate shipping details (including landmark and 6-digit pin code) are entered at checkout to avoid transit delays.

2. Dispatch & Delivery Timelines

Orders are verified, quality-inspected, and dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours of order confirmation (Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays).

  • Metro Cities (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata): Delivered within 3–5 business days.
  • Rest of India (Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities, regional hubs): Delivered within 4–7 business days.
  • Special/Remote Areas: In rare cases involving remote locations or unforeseen weather conditions, transit may take up to 8 business days.

3. Shipping Fees & Free Delivery Threshold

We take pride in offering transparent, honest delivery pricing:

Orders of ₹2,499 and above: Complimentary Free Express Shipping across all India serviceable pin codes.

Orders below ₹2,499: A nominal flat shipping charge of ₹120 is applied automatically at checkout.

4. Payment Terms & Cash on Delivery (COD) Notice

To uphold boutique hygiene standards, ensure direct-to-doorstep luxury security, and prevent transit handling damages, Cash on Delivery (COD) is strictly unavailable.

All orders must be completed through our 100% secure encrypted payment gateways supporting UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, and approved Digital Wallets.

5. Live Shipment Tracking

The moment your VELJORA parcel is handed over to our logistics partner, you will receive an automatic dispatch notification via SMS, Email, and WhatsApp containing:

  • The designated Courier Partner name (e.g. Blue Dart, Delhivery).
  • Your unique Air Waybill (AWB) Tracking Number.
  • A direct one-click link to track your parcel live from dispatch to delivery.

6. Packaging Inspection & Unboxing Video Notice

Every VELJORA creation leaves our atelier securely sealed in high-grade tamper-evident packaging.

Mandatory Parcel Inspection:

If the outer courier bag appears visibly tampered with, torn, or open at the time of delivery, please refuse delivery immediately and inform us. For any damaged or incorrect item claims, an authentic continuous unboxing video showing the unopened parcel seal is required within 48 hours of delivery.
