Who is eligible to participate in the Refer & Earn programme?
Any registered customer who has placed an order on VELJORA or created an account is welcome to invite friends. The referral benefit applies when the friend is making their first-ever purchase on VELJORA.
When will I receive my referral styling credit?
Your referral credit is released after your friend’s order is successfully delivered and passes our standard 7-day size exchange window. You will receive an email and WhatsApp confirmation once your credit is ready to redeem.
Is there a limit to how many friends I can refer?
No, there is no limit! You can invite as many stylish friends, relatives, and colleagues as you like. Every successful new friend purchase earns you additional credits.
Can referral credits be combined with other sale discounts?
Referral credits act like store currency and can be used on all regular collections across Fashion and Jewellery. Specific terms during major archive sales will be clarified at the time of the event.
